A OAK, les \u00faltimes setmanes hem iniciat diverses obres. El primer pas, i un dels grans oblidats quan us ensenyem nous projectes, \u00e9s la <strong>fase d&#8217;enderrocaments<\/strong>. Es tracta d&#8217;un <em>treball on la cura, la neteja, la protecci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements comuns i la seguretat en l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 marquen l&#8217;\u00e8xit d&#8217;aquesta primera fase <\/em>.
